MAIN FEATURES
- Fully automatic drilling without an operator
- Machine equipped with 5 drilling heads: one angularly fixed head for the valve hole and 4 angularly adjustable heads for drilling radius holes.
- The 5 heads are fed digitally, allowing variable working strokes in terms of speed and distance.
- Drilling speed on 28’ 36-hole rims: drilling time 18 s, loading/unloading 6 s => 150 rims/h
- All types of drilling supported (e.g. 21-hole rim, 14+7 asymmetrical rear wheel)
- High productivity thanks to automatic selection and fitting of the 2 sleeves, followed by tightening of the rim.
