MAIN FEATURES
- Thanks to its robotized arm, RHF is able to support almost any type of hub, including motor hubs (Ehubs).
- RHF can even fill hubs that are difficult to fill manually, because it can align the spokes with the holes in the flanges in a fast, precise and possibly complex movement.
- Standard loading/unloading is carried out on a turntable at the front
- Alternative loading/unloading solutions such as rails or trays can be designed to fit in with the organisation of your wheel assembly line.
- Hubs supported: all regular hubs and electronic hubs with round perimeter flanges with cable passing through axle or not.
- Robotic arm: Fanuc LR Mate 200iD7L
- 4 spoke dispensers (possibly 4 different spoke sizes) with a capacity of 1000 spokes.
